Trees give us oxygen. Therefore we should often be thankful and acknowledge their existence.

We could use more 'tree'-words to help us describe a variety of life's situations.

So, I give you...

11 words and expressions to help you pay treebute

• Ugly tree – tree someone you know fell out of and hit every branch of on the way down
• Tree amigos – tree huggers
• Treebulation – pain and distress experienced by a tree that’s being cut down
• Tree some – two people making love to a tree
• Cemetree – arrangement of dead wood
• Entree – tree marking an entrance
• Treebune – podium for speaking to a forest
• Poultree – tree with branches and leaves shaped like a chicken
• Voluntree – tree that grows without being paid
• Pastree – sweet, edible Bonsai tree
• Adultree – 1. Grown tree 2. Cross-pollinating tree

Feel free to use any of these words in conversation.
